The prime objectives of University Mail Services are: (1) Speed and accuracy of daily mail delivery; (2) Posting of out-going U.S. mail taking maximum advantage of discounts available to large volume mailers to save the University money; (3) Expansion of the level of mail service available to all departments; and (4) Staying current with rapidly changing technology in the mailing industry.

University Mail Services conducts periodic workshops for new employees, employees who handle mail, and anyone otherwise interested. Notices are sent to each department advertising the date and location. Personal invitations and more information can be secured by e-mail or by calling the Mail Center at 962-1139.
University Mail Services' main offices are located on the ground floor of the Bioinformatics Building, at the corner of Mason Farm Road and Daniels Drive. Hours are 8:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, and is closed on all University holidays.
